Marcos is a pickup wizard, as well as a fellow craftsman of guitars. I met him during a class at Roberto-Venn. I am excited to use his pickups for Deepwood guitars!
Scott and I worked at Santa Cruz Guitars together, where he was in charge of wood acquisition, resawing, and carving necks. He procures wood to build instruments with and sell to other creators.
Jason is an extremely talented craftsman. We were classmates at RV, where I saw him create a flawless dreadnought and a killer 5-string bass. Jason then completed an apprenticeship with Brian Hawkins, (Hawkins Guitar) and is now building instruments in Virginia.
Chad Spires is a fellow Oregon craftsman. Chad is a legendary inlay artist. He makes the second best whale noises inside soundholes.
